The verification process
1. Create your account
Sign up with your phone number and your business email address.
2. Verify your identity
Provide an ID, your shop name, city, and a reachable contact.
3. List your products
Photos, prices, stock, and preparation time. Our team reviews listings before publication.
4. Sell and get paid
Sales credit your wallet, released after delivery confirmation. Withdraw via mobile money.
Prerequisites
- • A registered business or trade registry (RCCM) for professional shops.
- • An active mobile money number in the account holder’s name.
- • A stock or preparation address in a served city.
- • Products compliant with Congolese regulations: no counterfeits or prohibited items.
Commissions & payouts
The platform commission is taken on each delivered sale. It covers shop hosting, mobile money payments, buyer protection, and dispute resolution. Funds are released to your wallet after delivery confirmation, then withdrawable via mobile money or bank transfer.
